To ensure privacy and maximum security, your notes will be locked securely at the premises of the Director Louise Pay of LP Autism Consultancy to which the Director Louise Pay only has the key. Session notes will be anonymous and can only be identified by a number which will be securely stored in a filing cabinet or on the laptop of Louise Pay the Director of LP Autism Consultancy which is password protected.

How long will LP Autism Consultancy store your data and how will LP Autism Consultancy dispose of it?
LP Autism Consultancy will keep your session notes, your first name and unique code for 1 year.
LP Autism Consultancy will shred documents with your personal information 1 year after our work finishes.
LP Autism Consultancy will delete your telephone number from LP Autism Consultancy 1 month after our work finishes.

Will LP Autism Consultancy share your data and if LP Autism Consultancy needs to who will LP Autism Consultancy share it with and for what purpose?
LP Autism Consultancy will not sell your data or use it for unethical reasons. LP Autism Consultancy may have to share your information if LP Autism Consultancy is subpoenaed by a Court, if you or anyone you tell LP Autism Consultancy about is at serious risk of harm, LP Autism Consultancy may have to pass this information on.
